"Not many people are aware that December 16th is a day to be celebrated as Boston Tea Party Day. Itís the day that American insurgents called The Sonís of Liberty, fed up with the burden of egregious taxes and demands on their livelihood, lashed out against their own government (colonialists were indeed British subjects) one evening ó dumping the tea cargo ... into the Boston harbor while disguising themselves as Indian natives."

"Since the proliferation of states establishing licenses/permits for its citizens to carry concealed firearms, many businesses have been posting their premises as off-limits to those who legally carry. Some interesting effects have now surfaced in regard to firearms in the work place, for employees, employers as well as patrons."

"When an employer restricts the carrying of legal firearms upon his premises by legally licensed persons, he does NOT create a Gun Free Zone. What he establishes, sans other protective measures, is a Self-Defense Free Zone. Though some states have created laws to protect employers from liability for posting their property . . . it is not a guarantee." ...

"Gun shows are a major source of bargains, but there are a couple of cautions: First, donít think that youíre going to encounter some poor oaf who has no idea of the value of what heís selling. At every show Iíve ever been to, each dealer knew exactly how much his stuff was worth. Second, if you happen to get stuck with a lemon, you are well and truly stuck. A gun store is going to be there the next day, as will the websites that sell used guns. But the guy at the show who took your cash will have vanished, never to be seen again." ...

 QUOTES TO REMEMBER
As I have stood in the crosshairs of those who target Second Amendment freedoms, I've realized that firearms are not the only issue. No, it's much, much bigger than that. I've come to understand that a cultural war is raging across our land, in which, with Orwellian fervor, certain acceptable thoughts and speech are mandated. ó Charlton Heston
