With less than three weeks to go until the Georgia Senate runoff elections, anti-Second Amendment organizations are flooding the zone in hopes of turning the state blue and making Chuck Schumer the Majority Leader.
Michael Bloomberg's Everytown for Gun Safety and Moms Demand Action are hosting a campaign event for Democrats Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff this week. Both candidates are anti-self-defense radicals who believe in firearms confiscation from lawful owners. |

Apparently, the people at Everytown for Gun Safety, the anti-Second Amendment zealots funded by billionaire Michael Bloomberg, believe the presidency is a sort of kingship, one where a president can write his or her own laws at will, even though these laws would clearly be contrary to the U.S. Constitution.
Recently, Everytown released a “roadmap” for the gun-control actions the group wants Joe Biden to take—“outlining ways the Biden administration can address gun violence through executive action,” to be precise—that would help gut the Second Amendment. |

A Massachusetts federal judge on Thursday skewered what he called the state's "rope-a-dope" strategy to avoid legal review of its decision to close gun shops at the outset of the pandemic, indicating the case isn't moot simply because the governor has since rescinded the restriction following a court order.
U.S. District Judge Douglas P. Woodlock told attorneys for the state and lawyers for gun shops, shooting ranges, hopeful gun owners and related associations that he is particularly concerned Gov. Charlie Baker could again order firearms retailers closed, given the state's unwillingness to deem the businesses "essential." |

Could anti-gun radical Steven Rusch explain how gun-ban fanatic Chris Hansen’s vitriol, misinformation, dripping sarcasm, total ignorance about firearms, misquotes, misinterpretations and bombast is “crystal-clear logic.” To me, Hansen’s “logic” is as clear as mud!
Last month, Hansen announced that he was a Second Amendment supporter before demanding bans on “semi-automatic assault rifles.”
Remember when we learned that the term “assault rifle” had actually been coined by Josh Sugarman, a high mogul in the Marxist-left anti-gun lobby? No semi-automatic rifle is an “assault weapon.” |

Firearms manufacturer Smith & Wesson is suing New Jersey for going on an ”unconstitutional fishing expedition” to curtail gun rights with false advertising claims.
In a federal lawsuit, Smith & Wesson — known since the 1800s for its pistols and handguns but is also the maker of semi-automatic rifles and shotguns — claims New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal has tried to stymie gun sales, and is going through company advertisements and marketing materials in an extra-legal attempt to restrict the right to bear arms, Courthouse News Service reported. |

Proposed guidance regulating AR-15 pistols is touching off anger among Second Amendment activists and sparking controversy.
According to The Washington Free Beacon the proposal by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) could require millions of AR-15 pistols and similar firearms — which are designed with braces that strap on to a shooter’s forearm — to be registered, turned in, dismantled, or destroyed. |

On December 10, agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives raided Dayton, Nev.-based Polymer80. The company manufactures unfinished, often referred to as 80 percent, receivers, and frames. There are also reports of BATFE confronting Polymer80 customers and confiscating certain unfinished frame kits. The move marks the first direct assault on unfinished frames and receivers since the news broke in November of collusion between BATFE and Biden's transition team to target these items by executive fiat. |

California, we have a problem. Gun sales are surging and a good number of these gun purchases are in direct response to the fear of the pandemic and social unrest, according to a recent UC Davis study.
Approximately 110,000 Californians have purchased a gun since March including an astonishing 47,000 first-time buyers. The nationwide gun-buying surges are fueling increases in fatal and non-fatal firearm-related injuries. Two public health crises have collided – gun violence and a global pandemic. This is cause for massive concern and action. |
