The .4” buckshot size doesn’t get as much use by shooters as it probably should. A very nice home-defense round, .4" buck is also a lot of fun to shoot on the range. Pumping a few rounds into various-sized targets is very satisfying with this ammo type because the power and penetration is just staggering.

Doctor Timothy W. Wheeler and six fellow ear surgeons recently submitted a proposal to their national specialist society, the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS).

The seven ear doctors wanted their academy to support their new policy endorsing firearm suppressors for hearing protection.

ANALYSIS—What many in the “legacy” media tried to portray as a “surprise” move by fading President Joe Biden came as no surprise at all to American gun owners and at least two prominent critics who literally unloaded on the Delaware Democrat for pardoning his son, Hunter, after having insisted for months no such action was planned.

A homeowner in Sacramento, California, shot and wounded an alleged intruder around 3:00 p.m. the day after Thanksgiving.

Recordnet.com reported the incident occurred in a residential area “in the 7200 block of Chandler Drive” and that the homeowner shot as the alleged intruder was breaking glass to try to enter the home.

Michael Hopkins, a communications director for Democratic New York Rep. Joe Morelle, was arrested Monday for carrying ammunition inside the Cannon House Office Building. Officials with the United States Capitol Police (USCP) spotted ammunition through an X-ray screening Monday morning.

Fifty-three percent of likely U.S. voters have a favorable impression of President-elect Donald Trump, according to a Rasmussen survey which was conducted before President Joe Biden pardoned his son, Hunter in a move which may have destroyed whatever legacy the Delaware Democrat hoped to leave in his wake.

The wadcutter is a very unique type of bullet, very much like a lead cylinder. Almost exclusively used to punch holes in paper with low pressure and lightly loaded cartridges, wadcutters don't change shape or become deformed when fired. They make scoring target sheets extremely easy because the round hole created is very defined compared to any other type of ammunition.

A judge has thrown out a lawsuit by a Georgia gun owner who sought to challenge a Savannah city ordinance that imposes fines and potential jail time for people who leave firearms inside unlocked cars. The ruling by Chatham County Superior Court Judge Benjamin Karpf did not address the civil lawsuit's argument that the Savannah ordinance violates a Georgia state law that broadly prohibits local governments from regulating guns.

More than $5,000 worth of firearms were stolen from a west Charlotte gun store on Thanksgiving, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said. According to a police report obtained by WCNC Charlotte, officers responded to a reported break-in at Blackstone Shooting Sports on Wilkinson Boulevard around 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 28. When officers arrived, they were told someone broke into the store and stole approximately $5,800 worth of merchandise, including six guns and ammunition.

Authorities are on the hunt for three thieves who broke into the Rural King farm supply store in Marion County and stole multiple firearms. The burglary occurred around 11:30 p.m. Nov. 22 at the store at 233 America Blvd.
