A QUANTITY of chemicals and a handgun have been seized in a police raid on a western Sydney home.
Officers raided the home at Doyle Place, Baulkham Hills, about 5.30pm (AEDT), uncovering a stash of chemicals and the pistol.
Police said the search of the premises was continuing.
A 32-year-old man, arrested at the home, is helping police with their inquiries. |

I’m gratified to see our legislators here in Wisconsin “Get It” finally.
We all know the response times to crime by law enforcement here in the rural areas of the midwest much less is it guaranteed by the Constitution despite being a taxpayer. The passage of concealed carry is the re-affirmation of the Second Amendment and the God-given right to self-preservation will no doubt lead to less crime because criminals won’t know who’s armed and who’s a willing victim.
The biggest hurdle now will be the Madison Beltway mindset and the mighty (albeit over-worked of late) veto pen of Jim Doyle. Let’s pull together to protect our rural way of life and urge the signing of this bill into law.
