"Under the new version of the ordinance, anyone loitering in an area for the purpose of solicitation for drugs or prostitution will find his or her vehicle seized. City authorities defined the difference between 'loitering' & 'loitering for purpose of solicitation', as making preliminary steps toward solicitation without actually soliciting."
So now the city will take your car if they think you are "possibly" going to solicit? What do they take if you don't own a vehicle? |

Oregon Ohio police confiscated 14 firearms from his parents' home, even though the 5th grader did NOT have access to these weapons, which were safely locked away.

"Suffolk County police are investigating another sexual harassment accusation against a member of the department, this one by a Rocky Point woman who said a detective at the Sixth Precinct in Coram inquired about the color of her underwear and later unbuttoned her pants while they were alone in an interrogation room."
- So let me understand this. There are people out there who are worried about *ME* having a gun? I hope they worry about the police as much as they do about citizens.
