Sen. Doug Mastriano (R-33) has introduced the Protecting the Rights of Concealed Carry Permit Holders Traveling Across State Lines Act.
Senate Bill 244 would prevent Pennsylvania concealed carry permit holders from being unfairly targeted when traveling to states that do not honor our reciprocity agreements. By ensuring that Pennsylvania’s Firearms License Validation System is not misused by out-of-state authorities, Mastriano’s bill would protect the rights of citizens and uphold the Second Amendment. |

The Expansion Mono-Block, or EMB, line is Fiocchi’s premier low-penetration and rapid-expansion ammo, created exclusively for defense use. As of 2015, you’ll only find this in the 9mm Luger variety, making it a very specialized round comparable to Federal Premium’s Hydra-Shock personal defense rounds. The EMBs are part of the Extrema brand from Fiocchi, sharing some similarities with traditional hollow points and other expanding ammunition. |

One of the more common types of small caliber ammunition, the copper-plated round nose can be carried, sold and fired just about anywhere. As NRA-ILA pointed out last week, the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen (2022) has prompted a long-overdue reappraisal of the federal law as it pertains to who can be barred from possessing firearms consistent with the Second Amendment. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been all wins for liberty. Some federal courts have continued to uphold firearm prohibitions that have no relationship to America’s historical tradition. |

I now think the only way to control handgun use is to prohibit the guns. And the only way to do that is to change the Constitution. — M. Gartner, then President of NBC News, USA Today, January 16, 1992, pg. A9 |
