The Trophy Bonded Tip bullet is used in a few Federal Premium Ammunition lines – the Trophy Bonded Bear Claw, Trophy Bonded Sledgehammer Solid, and the Trophy Copper. While each of these ammo lines differs slightly, there’s one thing they all have in common, and that’s the tip.

It’s been just over a month since Republicans took control of the House and have begun to usher in a new era of rules and legislative priorities. GOP lawmakers had high hopes to hit the ground running and quickly start voting on new bills to advance their agenda. But after a dragged out leadership election and subsequent intraparty disagreements on certain policy proposals, Republicans have managed to deliver only a handful of promises they made on the campaign trail.

A Midwest City gun store owner has been accused of improperly disposing of 236 shotguns in a dumpster. Also, a man was allegedly allowed to keep two of the weapons as keepsakes, and federal authorities want to know why. The mystery emerged Jan. 19 when a sanitation worker discovered the weapons and alerted authorities, Insider.com reported late Friday, citing court filings and a news report. But it started months before at International Firearm Corp., 5701 E Reno Ave., Suite E, owned by Raymond Anthony Mussatto, 54, of Oklahoma City.

“California has the strictest gun laws in the U.S.
That’s what CBS News anchor Norah O’Donnell reported as she walked with Gov. Gavin Newsom through Monterey Park, the site of a horrific recent shooting during Lunar New Year celebrations. O’Donnell and Newsom were not walking alone. In addition to the camera crew, they were accompanied on their walk-and-talk by several hyper-alert security men, each of whom looked like the love child of a Secret Service agent and an Abrams tank.

SIG SAUER has come up with a way they think will get people who’ve never taken the leap into competition shooting to do just that. While anyone who’s ever shot for time or accuracy can tell you how much fun it is, most people don’t have the time or money to devote most of a day to entering something like a 3-Gun or IPSC competition.

On Friday, U.S. District Judge Patrick R. Wyrick dismissed an indictment against Jared Michael Harrison, holding that the statute relied upon to ban gun ownership by marijuana users is “unconstitutionally vague, in violation of the Due Process Clause, and unconstitutionally infringes upon his fundamental right to possess a firearm, in violation of the Second Amendment.”

As I sit down to write this article, it’s mid-December. On the home front, it’s one of the greatest times of the year—sandwiched between cherishing the times enjoyed with family and friends during Thanksgiving and looking forward to more of the same for Christmas and the New Year. Whatever holidays you enjoy, I hope you spent them with those you love.

At the SHOT Show, Browning ammunition has introduced a subsonic, 45 grain, suppressor optimized .22 Long Rifle load for pistols. It uses the heavy, 45 grain bullet to increase energy from a pistol at subsonic velocities. It is loaded to reliably stay subsonic from pistols. If fired in rifle length barrels, it may reach supersonic velocities, with the resultant sonic barrier snap produced by bullets exceeding the speed of sound. A rough estimate of the price is about 10 cents a cartridge. The market for ammunition is fluid, so prices are difficult to forecast.

Hundreds of unwanted firearms were turned in Saturday in Federal Way’s first ever gun buyback. It’s the latest city to hold a gun buyback in an effort to remove guns from the streets.

The late 19th century was a productive era in firearm design. The fertile mind of John Moses Browning was beginning to show its genius. In the autumn of 1890, in the big sky country of Ogden, Utah, one of John Browning’s early concepts took shape. The following is a letter to Colt’s Patent Firearms Company from Matthew S. Browning, dated Nov. 22, 1890.

Idaho’s audacious bid to strip grizzly bears of Endangered Species Act protection was rejected by the Biden administration Friday. But its neighbors Montana and Wyoming had better luck. Responding to delisting petitions from all three states, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service said bear numbers in the Greater Yellowstone and Northern Continental Divide ecosystems may be strong enough to qualify as distinct populations that can be considered for delisting. The agency will spend the next year collecting data to determine if each of those populations are indeed healthy enough to move from federal to state management.

For over 50 years, the Ruger 10/22 has been one of the most popular rimfire rifles in the world. While a pleasure to shoot, anyone with a 10/22 knows they are a nightmare to disassemble and clean. I’ve spent many hours cursing Ruger. As the founder of the Modern American Rimfire Series, I have seen my share of rimfire rifles, and the OpenTop 11/22 is the only good solution I’ve found.

Winchester Power Points are one of the brand’s premium hunting products. This bullet features a soft lead tip and a notched jacket to create a very uniform level of expansion, while maintaining a very high degree of accuracy. This type of bullet is often referred to as a “standard” hunting bullet, because they use tried-and-true technology without any fancy (and expensive) features that some shooters may deem unnecessary.

Did you notice that the national socialist media spent little time trying to exploit the recent mass shootings in the people's republic of California? Anti-liberty authoritarians of the fascist far left live to exploit other people's pain for their political gain.
