A truck driver defended himself in Seffner, Fla., when an alleged crook tried to rob him on Jan. 4, 2022. The driver had pulled his truck on the side of the road that Tuesday night to make repairs, when a stranger approached him. The man demanded that the driver hand over several items, and he complied. After the driver gave him the items that he was asking for, the stranger walked away. This wasn't the end of the encounter, however, as the same man ended up walking back to where the driver and his truck were at around 11 p.m.

The definition of liberty for e-liberals is muddled by emotional elements and petty name-calling in vilifying law abiding citizens and gun owners with a schizophrenic approach and failure to discern reality from fiction.
Under the brazen pretense of hypocrisy, even though the indelible leftists will claim hyperbole in lacking any semblance of accountability or intellectual dishonesty through pathetic attempt to win the internet, the radicals somehow embrace the proliferation of firearms to Ukraine citizens.

It doesn’t get much more classic cop than a Smith & Wesson wheelgun in the hands of law enforcement. While the company’s family of firearms is vast, breaking down just the catalog of S&W revolvers takes someone with a unique passion for the topic. Just the CliffsNotes version is a rabbit hole that can consume a few afternoons. |

Americans have always had a well-developed sense of fair play. We root for the underdog. We scream at the TV when a referee makes a bad call, and we hate bullies of any kind.
There’s nothing fair about Russia’s invasion of its peaceful neighbor. The Ukrainian resistance – which includes old men and women, moms and dads, and even kids as young as 12 – is facing off against a modern army even though they lack air, armor or artillery support, reliable comms and even sufficient small arms and ammunition. |

Winchester designed the .32 Winchester Special rifle cartridge in 1901, and explained their rationale for developing this cartridge in their 1916 catalog:
"The .32 Winchester Special cartridge, which we have perfected, is offered to meet the demand of many sportsmen for a smokeless powder cartridge of larger caliber than the .30 Winchester and yet not so powerful as the .30 Army." |

Today, the Senate voted 34-22 to pass Senate Bill 319, constitutional carry. There was an effort by opponents to defeat the bill by attaching an amendment to criminalize private transfers of firearms, but the Senate rejected that effort, also by a vote of 34-22. SB 319 will now go to the House for further consideration. Please contact your state representative and ask them to SUPPORT SB 319. |

Modern guns are pretty accurate. Even slightly trained people can pick up a pistol and shoot somewhere near a bullseye on paper. However, when even well-trained shooters end up in a stressful situation (or even just varmint hunting), the hit ratio diminishes to unsatisfactory levels. The causes are multiple; one of them is that a stationary bullseye is just that—unmoving. Once target motion is introduced, many find their static marksmanship training inadequate to the task. Solution: enter moving targets. |

A proposed bill would significantly increase where guns can be carried in Oklahoma, including city, town and county buildings as well as the Tulsa and Oklahoma State Fairs.
House Bill 4138 was approved by the House Criminal Justice and Corrections Committee Feb. 10 and is a "return of a right" to Oklahoma citizens, said Don Spencer, who helped write the legislation as president of the Oklahoma Second Amendment Association. The bill, if approved, would go into effect Nov. 1, 2022. |

Virtually every public opinion poll these days seems to deliver bad news for Joe Biden. One recent poll put his general approval at only 43%, but even more troubling for the current White House occupant was that only 28% of the respondents in that poll want him to run for reelection in 2024. And that was all before Russia invaded Ukraine. Future polls will likely see Biden’s stock plummet even more. |

Democrats on a Virginia Senate committee defeated a handful of GOP-sponsored firearms bills Monday, including a measure that would have repealed a law that lets authorities temporarily take guns away from people deemed dangerous to themselves or others.
GOP Del. Marie March called the “red flag” law that passed two years ago an affront to Virginians’ constitutional rights as she asked the panel to pass her measure rolling it back.

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
As nightfall does not come all at once, neither does oppression. In both instances, there is a twilight. And it is in such twilight that we all must be aware of change in the air, however slight, lest we become unwitting victims of the darkness. — Justice William O. Douglas, US Supreme Court (1939-75) |
