"The two victims were left frightened but unharmed, even though both were threatened by the suspects."

The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office public gun range officially opened up to the public today during a grand opening ceremony.
The gun range is free to the public and located at the sheriff’s office training facility at 350 Michael Ann, located on the northside of Lafayette.
The range offers both 50 and 100 yard ranges and will be open Saturday’s from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The public can also register for free civilian training classes that allows them to sample and acquaint themselves with a wide variety of firearms, officials said. |
