A vet who phoned 3 nights before arrived at their cottage claiming he was there to kill the family's pet baby goat, Misty. Despite having no papers authorizing the task, the vet insisted he was acting under orders and that it was 'necessary'.
Is that legal? Attorneys and legal scholars say no, and SERAD & English counterpart, the Dept of Environment realized they were on very shaky ground legally.
