A Las Vegas man accused of stabbing a homeless man to death in a northwest valley parking lot claims it was self-defense, according to documents 8 News Now obtained. On Saturday, Feb. 14, at around 5:45 p.m., officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to a Quick Care parking lot on Buffalo Drive near Lake Mead Boulevard after a report of a “suspicious male on the ground,” according to an arrest report.
