Panicked members of the elite are buying luxury bomb-proof underground survival bunkers because they fear mass civil unrest might be on the horizon.
The company behind the construction of the sprawling complexes, Vivos, says the facilities are for the “protection of high net worth individuals” in the event of apocalyptic-style scenarios during which “millions will perish or worse yet, struggle to survive as victims”.
“Where will you go when pandemonium strikes?” asks a promo for the luxury shelters.

As it stands today you can openly carry a firearm, but not a sign, into the state capitol. But two Democratic Representatives are seeking to flip which of those two items are permissible.
"If two people show up at the Capitol, one armed with a rifle and one holding a sign, only one of them will be turned away — the person with the sign," said Rep. Jeremy Moss, D-Southfield, one of the sponsors.
"Signs aren't designed to harm or kill, but apparently some politicians are afraid of them. Meanwhile, people who expect to be safe inside state buildings are often startled to see other visitors carrying rifles on their backs, or carrying handguns in holsters." |

Over the last few years, states throughout the U.S. have begun to repeal or restructure existing gun restriction (laws). Currently, legislation like Missouri Senate Bill 731, which would allow concealed carry on college campuses, is making its way through the Missouri legislature, as well as through the minds of many college students. Concerns have begun to arise over whether pushing college campuses to embrace the culture of guns is legitimate or not. All of these concerns are valid in the university’s drive to promote the safety and well-being of students on campus. Unless people are willing to stand up against this drive to legalize concealed carry on campus, we could very well make a decision with devastating consequences. |

The $1,000 gun tax follows Seattle’s 2016 imposition of a $25 per gun tax (and a two to five cent tax on bullets) the Cook County, Ill. gun tax, and Hillary Clinton’s endorsement of a new national 25% retail sales tax on guns.
“The Left is now seeking to tax guns out of existence,” said Grover Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform. “The Second Amendment makes it difficult to legally ban guns, but Hillary has led the way to explaining you can achieve the same thing with high taxes.” |

This phone-shaped gun would only create problems. Furthermore, what if someone were to pick up one of these disguised weapons? Accidental injury or even death seems inevitable. Kjellberg stated that there were already 4,000 requests for the smartphone gun; that could be 4,000 purses where a teen or small child is looking for mom’s cell phone. Let’s face it, children are naïve and curious. Teens are complacent. And adults are not perfect. The smartphone gun has accident-prone written all over it. |

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, but women take measures to protect themselves from acts of aggression every day of the year.
Many women at the college said they regularly carry self-defense tools like pepper spray, dog and bear spray, Mace and pocket knives to provide an extra sense of security when they go on runs, walk around at night or visit unfamiliar places alone. Women also reported taking self-defense classes to prepare themselves to act effectively in threatening situations without relying on these tools. |

Law-abiding Americans are buying guns at a record pace, and most tell us it’s for self-defense. Democrats, however, are far more likely than others to believe it is too easy to buy a gun these days.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that nearly one-out-of-four Americans (23%) say they or someone in their immediate family has bought a gun in the past year. Seventy percent (70%) have not, but six percent (6%) aren’t sure. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

Eric Friday, attorney for Florida Carry, said the group originally sued UF in 2014 to be able to allow guns in all university-owned housing, on and off campus. He said Florida’s First District Court of Appeals sided with UF, upholding a ban on firearms in residence halls and other university housing. Florida Carry appealed to the State Supreme Court which, on Tuesday, declined to hear the dispute. |

Local high school trap teams are reporting major increases in participation, and members say shooting trap has become a nationwide trend to help buck proposed gun restrictions.

The Indianola school district has reported about 90 boys are out for its trap team and about 45 girls. |

Springfield Armory’s 1911s are no strangers to the competitive-shooting circuit. Pistols from the company’s custom shop have helped well-known professional shooters like Rob Leatham accumulate an impressive number of accolades and championship titles over the years. Thankfully, Springfield Armory continues to offer lower-priced alternatives for beginners and budget-minded shooters in search of inexpensive, entry-level 1911s that are match-ready from the box. The latest addition to the Range Officer family of pistols looks similar to its predecessors, but there are some notable differences. Perhaps the most notable is its brushed-stainless finish, an alternative to Parkerizing, but still offers equal resistance to corrosion. |

The Republican bill was written by Senator Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX)48% and he wants to combine it with the mental health bill that passed in March, so as to guarantee Second Amendment rights are protected. Democrats, like Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT), oppose the inclusion of the protections contained in Cornyn’s bill.
According to The Hill, Murphy is specifically opposed to language in Cornyn’s bill that requires a hearing in order to “ban someone from buying guns due to mental illness.” He is also opposed to language that guarantees that a person barred from gun possession due to a temporary mental treatment order regains their Second Amendment rights once the order expires. |

Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is currently campaigning in New York against rival Bernie Sanders. One of her main focuses in the Empire State is gun control and she's issued a number of smears against Sanders and the gun industry in the process. She's lied about the gun industry having immunity from lawsuits and has falsely claimed criminals get their guns from Vermont, where gun control laws are less tyrannical.
But Hillary's current screed against gun manufacturers and Second Amendment rights isn't new. Back in 1993, Clinton publically supported the implementation of a $25 sales tax on firearms in addition to a $2500 licensing tax for gun dealers during congressional testimony. |

The popular conservative duo in the Senate, Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Lee (R-UT), have introduced another piece of legislation to make government accountable for its overreach into Americans' freedoms. The Financial Institution Customer Protection Act would prevent federal banking agencies from forcing banks to terminate businesses' customer accounts unless those agencies have legitimate reasons, the text explains.
The Obama administration has used the term "reputational risk” to justify stripping firearms sellers of customers. That kind of government abuse, driven by a political agenda, has no place in America, the senators insist. |

Obama is tenacious. His intention to make Judge Merrick Garland a Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court will not let up.
If anything, Obama’s efforts to place Judge Garland on the high Court are gathering steam. Obama is continuously thrusting Judge Garland into the limelight.
Obama is well aware that, if the Senate relents and allows a hearing on Judge Garland’s confirmation, Judge Garland is very likely to become a U.S. Supreme Court Justice, replacing the late Justice Antonin Scalia. |
