Fred Barnes founded his company, Barnes Bullets, in 1932. The company has since earned a solid reputation as a leader within the ammunition industry with its rifle ammo. Barnes manufactures bullets for practically every caliber in production, and they sell their fair share of custom creations, ideal for hunters and serious shooters in any situation. |

Originally called FOMU in 1928, an acronym translating to Weapons and Munitions Factory at Uzice, Prvi Partizan is a Serbian manufacturer of ammunition and hand-loading components. It is the third-largest supplier of ammunition to the American market according to Panjiva. |

NSSF®, The Firearm Industry Trade Association, praised Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds for signing into law House File 2464, informally called the Second Amendment Privacy Act. This NSSF-supported law protects the privacy and sensitive financial information of people purchasing firearms and ammunition in Iowa. With Iowa, there are now a dozen states with laws that protect the Second Amendment financial privacy of their citizens.

On April 18, 2024, the Supreme Court of Arkansas delivered a significant opinion impacting the restoration of the right to keep and bear arms. In particular, the court reaffirmed the right to bear arms is a fundamental constitutional right. The denial of the right is a harm that confers standing to those denied, and the procedural powers of the state judiciary, as a separate, constitutionally created branch of the state government, do not necessarily extend beyond the courtroom to the courthouse. |

The United States Supreme Court granted review in Attorney General Merrick B. Garland v. Jennifer VanDerStok, a Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) and FPC Action Foundation (FPCAF) lawsuit challenging President Joe Biden’s “frame or receiver” rule implemented by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). As a result, the high court will decide the fate of the rule in its upcoming October 2024 term.
