ATF challenging the constitutionality of the National Firearms Acts remaining registration requirements now that President Donald Trumps One Big Beautiful Bill eliminated the $200 tax on silencers, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and any other weapons, according to a press release from the organization.
