Today, most of us are pretty familiar with revolvers chambered for cartridges normally reserved for semi-autos. Both S&W and Ruger now catalog a handful of revolvers in 9mm, which have garnered enthusiastic buyers due to the caliber’s affordability and availability. Long before that, S&W, Colt and Ruger all produced revolvers in .45 ACP.

It took Missouri youth hunters only two days to harvest a total of 3,721 turkeys throughout the Show-Me State, the highest total in seven years. The annual two-day youth season was substantially higher than previous years 2023 (2,550), 2022 (2,894), 2021 (2,795), 2020 (2,712), 2019 (2,540) and 2018 (1,729).

During its heyday, the Glendale Shooting Club located near Robertsville, Missouri, was home to shotgun, silhouette, high-power rifle, handgun and Cowboy Action shooters. It hosted regular matches, including the Bauer Brothers Cup, and had around 400 active members.
Today, the clay shooting is long gone as are the matches, and the members – only around 140 remain – are writing personal checks to subsidize a convoluted and confusing legal fight that began 40 years ago. |

In a move most conservatives and pro-gun organizations likely agree with, Biden’s Justice Department will challenge a recent court decision affirming the Second Amendment rights of undocumented immigrants. This move escalates a complex debate that to many Americans on both sides of the gun issue defies logic, while spotlighting two cases that have the potential to reshape long-standing federal firearm regulations and even other aspects of immigration law.
