Submitter's note: The legality of the IRS' warrant is highly questionable and they went beyond their own dubious warrant and flat out committed felony armed robbery of these 4473s, which the ATF initially told the owner he didn't have to give them. This was strong arm gestapo Nazi tactics through and through.

Self-defense is the right to use reasonable force for the purpose of defending one’s own life or the lives of others. Most states allow deadly force in self-defense where the person defending himself reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or grievous bodily harm. As a general matter of law, self-defense is a universally accepted principle in American jurisprudence. Or at least it was until recently.

I’ve played with a few different Howa rifles over the years, but this one was for keeps, so today I’ll share it with you: the Howa Mini Action in 6mm ARC. (I say it’s for keeps, but I wouldn’t have known that until later.)
