Since Arizona passed a concealed carry law in 1994, I have carried my Glock 17 Gen 2 in some form of holster, fanny pack, or backpack. Most were functional, some were comfortable, but none were stylish. When asked to review a handmade leather holster-belt rig from Galco, I jumped at the opportunity! My pick for review is the Avenger outside-the-belt holster design. I also picked the SB28 Basket Stamped 1.5-inch holster belt to support it.

Fighting has gotten a bad reputation. Anyone who fights is wrong in our modern culture. Both the aggressor and the person attacked are equally culpable to our authorities. The image of warriors fighting for good too often is perceived as malicious rather than noble. In the recent past standing up for goodness especially when it meant putting one’s life on the line was considered a courageous act that deserved admiration not condemnation. It still should for the peace and welfare of our country.

Despite the persistent claim by extreme progressive organizations and many in the media that Issue 1 on the Aug. 8 ballot is all about one issue only, let's be clear: That's a false narrative. Of course, pro-life citizens would prefer to keep abortion out of the Ohio Constitution. But that's one contingent of many who favor making it difficult to amend the state's primary document that is intended to secure our liberties.

Small children tend to believe that, if they cover their own eyes, they will be able to prevent other people from seeing them. In recent years, a similar conviction has been displayed by the opponents of the right to keep and bear arms, who have apparently managed to convince themselves that if they ignore the failure of all the gun-control measures that they have imposed in the past, everyone else will forget about them, too.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner claimed Wednesday that “militias” were responsible for what he considered an expansive view of the Second Amendment. “The city of Philadelphia has many times tried to institute its own gun laws, and you’ve been blocked by the state courts because of what are known as preemption laws, which block the city from instituting their own laws, laws that you refer to, for example, in New Jersey or Delaware, that you view would be more effective,” “CNN This Morning” co-host Poppy Harlow said to Krasner. “As I understand it right now, the most recent case on that is on appeal. It’ll be heard by the state Supreme Court. Do you expect to prevail there, and if so, what would that change?"

The Triple-Shock X is Barnes Bullets' premium hunting rifle ammunition. Commonly referred to as Barnes X bullets, this line of ammo comes in most rifle calibers, and the bullet is quite unique in that it uses a fairly thin diameter hollow section in the tip compared to similar styles. The thin section works extremely well to create a uniform expansion effect when it impacts a target.

A political demagogue – typically not bright – divides people by pushing the “prejudice” and “desire” buttons, advancing his divisive agenda by undermining or twisting established facts, logic, and institutions. This week Joe Biden, transparently deflecting, proved he is that guy. Four examples of “Biden-the-Anti-Court Demagogue” jump off the page.
