"Providing an overview of Fast and Furious from inception through to the program’s termination, the report points a 'culpability' finger at five [ATF] officials, beginning with the role played by Special Agent in Charge of the Phoenix Field Division William Newell, and including findings pertaining to the actions of Deputy Assistant Director for Field Operations William McMahon, Assistant Director for Field Operations Mark Chait, Deputy Director William Hoover and Acting Director Kenneth E. Melson."

"Whether it is college campuses, Amish communities, or other gun-free zones, bloodthirsty maniacal men will find a way to quench their cravings. Therefore, gun control laws do not work -- because they are based on the erroneous assumption that criminals will obey the law. They don't and won't; hence leaving law-abiding citizens defenseless in the face of danger, as so happened that tragic July evening at the Aurora, Colorado movie theater where guns were not permitted, and a man who called himself 'The Joker' went on a shooting rampage." ... |

"TTAG’s had its issues with Charter Arms. Or vice versa. Charter really, really didn’t like it when we pointed out that their .44 Bulldog was made famous by the Son of Sam spree killer. (The PR phone call from hell.) We also gave their Target Mag Pug one star. And so on. Now the all-American revolver maker’s gone and introduced a 9mm version of the Pitbull ... 'The 9mm Rimless Revolver PITBULL uses the same unique rimless cartridge extractor assembly system as the Charter Arms .40 cal Rimless Revolver. A dual coil spring assembly located in the extractor allows insertion and retention of a 9mm cartridge in each chamber of the revolver’s cylinder. After firing, the shooter can easily eject the spent cartridges ..." ... |

The thought that anyone would have questioned the right for citizens to carry a weapon in the time of the writing of the amendment would have been preposterous to say the least.
