"Perata, D-Oakland, announced he'll introduce legislation to repeal a state law that the California Supreme Court cited last week in dismissing a lawsuit" against gun manufacturer Navegar, Inc.
"'They (the court) said we have a problem, and we're going to fix that problem,' Perata vowed."
This is the same little maggot who has a concealed carry permit but refuses to help citizens have the same access to self-defense. Hanging is too good for him. |

"The California Supreme Court deserves a 21-gun salute for its profound wisdom in throwing out a suit against gun-makers last week. Based partially on a 1983 law, the court held manufacturers can't be sued for the criminal misuse of their merchandise."
