"the media inevitably described folks who want to invoke the protections of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as "anti-government" or "anti-federal." The media would brand these normal, hard-working Americans as dangerous rebels because they want their water to farm their lands and they don't think a pair of imperiled fish are worth as much as human lives and American rights." --Dorothy Anne Seese |

CCW is not accepted on Federal property and Veteran Administration Police officers are prohibited from carrying sidearms, therefore, a VA Hospital is merely another "criminal safe zone" (Note that the FBI are not Patrol officers, only called in after it's too late, and where where the unarmed VA cops when this went down?)

Sen. Jack Scott's (D-Glendale) bill, SB294, will shorten the time between inspections of gun dealerships by the Department of Justice from from five years to 21 months.
"We need to keep guns out of the hands of criminals," Scott said. "This law will give law enforcement the resources to make sure that criminals do not purchase firearms from gun dealers." |

"U.S. environmental policy is shaped by, ironically, the grandchild of the same organization that shaped Hitler's policies. Using the same techniques, this International Union for the Conservation (read: confiscation) of Nature, lets the United Nations legitimize its philosophy through international treaties, which the United States has been only too willing to implement." by Henry Lamb |

Residents of the wrong address said they were handcuffed and humiliated when police officers stormed their home looking for a robbery suspect--based on information from a confidential informant.
Officers knocked over items, breaking a TV and 2 guitars, said Jason Powell, 22, who was sleeping when police burst in. Also handcuffed and forced to the floor were Nicole Solis, 9 months' pregnant, and her 12-year-old daughter.
...Ah, the beauty of no-knock warrants. |

Official Govt. report. "Bandits" had (real, not semi-auto) Kalashnikov rifles (AKs), 7 mags, & a grenade (normal in that part of the world, does owning an AK make you a "bandit" like in California?) Govt. claims they lose 10 Police killed every month(!); and why are ambassadors from Britain, Canada, Norway, Finland, & Spain hanging out with Iranian bigwigs, burning 40 Tons of confiscated narcotics?... |

"...majority of kids in homes with guns have access to those firearms; nearly a million homes contain guns that are loaded and ready to fire...No wonder we have little kids and big kids shooting people, including themselves"...
-Looks like Pampers likes to dish-out what they take in.

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
The supposed quietude of a good mans allures the ruffian; while on the other hand, arms like laws discourage and keep the invader and the plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property. The same balance would be preserved were all the world destitute of arms, for all would be alike; but since some will not, others dare not lay them aside...Horrid mischief would ensue were one half the world deprived of the use of them... — Thomas Paine, I Writings of Thomas Paine at 56 (1894). |
