"Recently I wrote about hunting crows and geese with shotguns equipped with 7-foot-long barrels. The novel guns were developed by two Twin Cities crow-hunting specialists who wanted to significantly reduce the sound the shotguns make when fired."

"The men, Wendell Diller of Oakdale and L.P. [Brez] Brezny of Shoreview, initially constructed their unusual-looking weapons so they could hunt and shoot without disturbing people living near some of their longtime crow-hunting haunts."

"Leal will be sentenced next month. Under a plea bargain, he will probably lose his law enforcement license and receive five years of probation..."

"Probably" lose his license? Huh?

"The weapon: A paint-ball gun."

"The man's dress shirt was splotched with lime-green paint after the shooting early Monday near the Amity Avenue bridge. He lifted his shirt to show Muskegon police circular marks on his side and arm, and said they hurt."

Lock these punks up and let them see what racial intimidation feels like...

Interesting writeup about a 25 year old American pushing for the gold. Because this is on a committed (stated publicly, in plain English earlier this year) anti gun website, you'll have to read through the anti-shooting rhetoric, but this is interesting to shooters...

If you haven't seen the videos of the Miami-Dade police using EXCESSIVE force, watch the videos linked on this page. Not as shocking as it was in color on television, but you get the picture. One officer was kicking this guy in the face when he was already pinned down by at least three cops, then another cop comes up and knees him in the face when he was already pinned down by FIVE cops.

Gee, I wonder why people are afraid of cops...and ANGRY about the way they use excessive force.

Washington Post: "Vice presidential candidate Joseph I. Lieberman (D-Conn.) has a long record of support for gun control, making him a convincing advocate for a key plank in the Democratic platform.

"But when it comes to defending the interests of the firearms companies that make pistols, rifles and shotguns in Connecticut's "gun valley," Lieberman has sometimes acted like just another home-state senator defending his region's economic interests"

GOLDEN, CO — What kind of a "climate" has taken hold of society today when innocent pre-schoolers are now being treated like armed criminals?...by Dave Kopel, Paul Gallant, & Joanne Eisen

Just another example of PC absurdity brought to you by elitist liberals determined to foist their version of Utopia on us.
