The petition says Underhill was involved in an angry confrontation with two deputies at the Minnesota Department of Transportation shop in Dresbach. It says Underhill had a hand on his firearm and cellphone during the argument...
The petition says Underhill told authorities the two deputies involved were "punks" who needed to learn how to treat people.

Well, two deputies were involved in an angry confrontation with a 68 year old citizen.
Did they place their hands on their sidearms?
Did they do it before Underhill did?
Has the Sheriff taken action to disarm them? |
