| They cry like babies if they can't make more rules for the law abiding. If they would only pay as much attention to criminals as they do good folks. Rights deprivation seems to be the going thing. |

Per the 10th Amendment, states have all the powers not delegated to the national government. Their subdivisions are subject to that power. Unless the state constitution grants specific home rule powers, state law RULES.
