Following his remarks at the Red State Gathering Friday, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, a Republican presidential candidate, was confronted by Second Amendment activists demanding to know why he has not thrown out the charges against a North Carolina man who was found with a firearm by New Jersey police.

Christie was hurried off stage when he decided against talking to reporters en masse that is covering the Red State event and spent most of his remaining time there hiding from the media.

Crispy Cream can't control what goes in or out of his mouth. He is a bully when he is cornered on the gun issue. He hails from a state deeply in debt and with no freedom. There is a tax on rainwater on your roof. He does not trust us why should we trust him?

Our 'creamsicle' governor has never had a positive gun rating dating back to his days as a prosecutor. More recently he had ample opportunity to veto a baker's dozen of anti-gun law put on his desk and chose to cherry pick those he thought least offensive to the overflowing contingent of NJ gun owners that besieged legislative hearings on these laws.

 QUOTES TO REMEMBER
"You seem ... to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all contitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy... The Contitution has erected no such single tribunal." --Thomas Jefferson, 1820
