Biden is so stupid that he believes that the ability of 5.56mm rounds to penetrate soft body armor is some kind of anomaly among rifle chamberings, like it is some super-ability of "assault" rifles (as he calls them) that is not present in other rifles.
He's not alone. Mike Bloomberg thinks the "assault rifles" that he wants to ban are full auto. At least Biden has the excuse of being dumb as a box of rocks. |
