The soul of America is dying. Hate, fear and guns — a deadly combination.
It didn’t have to be this way.
What if the U.S. Supreme Court had ruled 4-5 instead of 5-4 on the 2008 Heller case that ultimately decided an “individual,” outside of a “militia,” had the right to bear arms?
What if Congress governed with the understanding that the Second Amendment, in accordance with the Heller decision, does not entitle an individual “to keep and carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and for whatever purpose”? |

It doesn't matter what they RULE on, the history is there for anyone to see. The people who say it is not the peoples right are either stupid or they are just gun banners. There is no debait!!! |

We are ALL part of the "unorganized militia", although to be blunt, the second amendment states plainly "the right of the people...." That is who owns the right----THE PEOPLE. All the sophistry the libtards try to foist on us.....and really, it's so simple. The plain meaning of the word, not over analyzed specious asshattery. |
