What "opinion" are they waiting for?
The language in the law is all-encompassing, leaving no room for mischievous 'interpretation'.
The intent of the legislature, and of the law, is crystal clear.
The Arena just doesn't like the law. Too bad.
If everybody else must obey the law, so must the Arena. |
