| Only took EIGHT YEARS to get a correct ruling and they didn't use strict scrutiny which forbids taxation of this right in Illinois, and who knows if people get their illegally taxed money back. Crook county will just redo this tax and direct the stolen money to some absurd "anti gun violence" (anti gun) waste. We're so screwed because judges won't protect our rights and only delay. They're doing that with the illegal shot mandates. |
