No. The millions of people who own modern semi-auto rifles and standard cap magazines who do not commit crimes cannot lawfully be prohibited from exercising their rights because of those who do commit crimes.
It's really simple, and it is our system as mandated by the 2nd and 5th Amendments to the Constitution of the United States. |
