Idiocy. Any law that materially denies a fundamental right violates the Constitution, prima facie.
The same federal court that struck down the ban will most certainly grant a motion to enjoin the implementation of this ridiculous law.
Public officials under the jurisdiction of the United States must learn that they can't do whatever they want despite constitutional limitations. |
