"... gun owners don’t have a right to specific types of firearms, U.S. District Judge Kimberly Mueller in Sacramento said in her ruling."
The second amendment is not a permission slip. It tell Da Judge Kimberly not to infringe. Infringing is when you tell me what I may or may not purchase. |

I sick of these liberal judges imposing their beliefs instead of ruling in accordance with the constitution and the law. |

Wouldn't the requirement to identify "your" brass in the event of criminal actions actually be a violation of the Right against self incrimination similar to the US v. Hayes Supreme Court decision? |

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
To have no proud monarch driving over me with his gilt coaches; nor his host of excise-men and tax-gatherers insulting and robbing me; but to be my own master, my own prince and sovereign, gloriously preserving my national dignity, and pursuing my true happiness; planting my vineyards, and eating their luscious fruits; and sowing my fields, and reaping the golden grain: and seeing millions of brothers all around me, equally free and happy as myself. This, sir, is what I long for. -- General Francis Marion, American War of Independence, Georgetown, SC [Source: 'Marion, The Life of Gen. Francis Marion' by M. L. Weems, Ch.18] |
