Why? While constitutional carry is a worthy goal, it's several steps ahead of where we are. If we get constitutional carry out there and numbers of newbies start carrying AR's, there could be an attention capturing negative accident. Investing in steady progress, providing NRA safety training along the way, and cementing present gun right gains is a feasible plan also. |
