As usual, opponents are projecting their own ignorance about the realities of self-defense scenarios, and their unfounded distrust of anyone who chooses to carry a gun for protection.
We can't defeat ignorance with 'debates,' only with education, but that requires people to be willing to be educated. When emotions rule, the blinders go up and the fingers go in the ears. |
