If there is one thing we can agree on, Rosen said, it's that the small number of people in this country that are dangerously mentally ill should not have easy access to firearms.
No argument there. The question becomes how many of the individuals committed to the Wyoming State Psychiatric Hospital are dangerously mentally ill? Probably less than 5 percent.
If they are so damn dangerous, they should not be released onto society. They should be in prison or kept in the psychiatric hospital.

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects. Robert Heinlein |
