Deputy Minority Leader Joel Kretz, R-Wauconda, said the rules have been clarified to make clear that openly carried guns are among items that are banned as objects of demonstration. Last Thursday, he said, some gun-rights advocates brought loaded firearms into the gallery. One had a chambered round and ejected it onto the gallery floor.
“All the rules of gun safety were violated,” Kretz said. “It's too bad, because I don't think they represented your average gun owners.” |

1. Bad link. Was this what was intended? http://www.spokesman.com/stories/2015/jan/20/washington-legislature-bans-guns-in-galleries/
2. This is the first I heard of loaded chambers and fools manipulating actions in the House. And it appears to be quoting an anti-gun legislator. Any factual basis, or just the Spokesman reporting the insane babbling of an anti as established fact? |

This is the outcome of the fear generated by the anti-firearm, gun-control groups.
No one should feel uncomfortable with a law-abiding person firearm. But many do, why is this? Propaganda promotes unfounded fear, a mass brain-washing campaign.
What happened in this situation shouldn't have happened, outcome as such. Law-abiding people who live under unalienable Rights set forth by the 2A should not have to fight for what already is in place. Law-abiding people must not be demonized, made into criminals in wait for simply owning a firearm.
The comfort zone has been attacked. Irresponsibility falls on anti's for creating this fear, fear which leads to violence in a disturbed person. No anti-campaign wants to talk to the facts, do they? |

TO REMEMBER |
Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American... The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state government, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people. — Tench Coxe, Pennsylvania Gazette, Feb. 20, 1788. |
