I am not sure what or how she would limit these amendments, but I agree, her free speech should be limited and the guns of her body guards should be confiscated.

Once again Piers demonstrates his ignorance of American's freedoms and our Rights! His hatred of our freedoms disqualifies him from commenting on them. |

A nut job drives a car into a crowd and kills a woman and wounds 20......so, naturally, we need more gun control.
Oh, and, yeah, let's ban Nazis too. They're thugs for sure, but perceive that they are somehow "victims" of some evil Jewish conspiracy....so of course banning them won't feed their paranoid delusions....and possibly make them MORE dangerous.
Then, of course, we'll double ban them! |

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
The right of a citizen to bear arms, in lawful defense of himself or the State, is absolute. He does not derive it from the State government. It is one of the high powers" delegated directly to the citizen, and `is excepted out of the general powers of government.' A law cannot be passed to infringe upon or impair it, because it is above the law, and independent of the lawmaking power." [Cockrum v. State, 24 Tex. 394, at 401-402 (1859)] |
