After mass shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio killed a collective 31 people, gun control is back in the national discussion. As many are calling for more firearm regulations, Florida State Rep. Mike Hill, who represents most of Escambia County, filed a bill to roll back regulations already on the books.
