OK, so these lawmakers want to allow governments to TAKE CIVIL RIGHTS away without due process or compensation, as if there could be any adequate compensation for a person deprived of the Right to effective self defense for lack of a firearm who is murdered by the ex-boyfriend (ex-girlfriend, estranged spouse, etc.) who filed the original complaint in order to disarm their intended victim, or a surprised homeowner answering the door to a cadre of police demanding his firearms. It it costs even ONE LIFE, this monstrosity of Red Flag Laws, is it worth it?

According to Nadler, Gary J. Willis wasn't an "innocent" victim. He was a white male gun owner. |
