Let me get this straight:
A cop is pimping a prostitute.
Investigators buy the prostitute's services from the cop/pimp. Then they immediately arrest the prostitute, but can't arrest the pimp without launching a yearlong investigation first?
I guess that's called Blue Privilege. |
