so, what're the other charges? accessory to murder of ex husband cuz cop killed him? Really sounds like one of those 3rd world sh*tholes I toured back in the day, wherein if you didn't have political connections like a senator etc., they'd just as soon walk you around a corner and put one in the back of your head (see: brazil, mexico) as administer "justice" or follow sentencing guidelines.
