California Gov. Gavin Newsom delivered an extraordinarily fierce rebuke Thursday of the federal judge who struck down California’s assault weapons ban, calling the judge a “wholly-owned subsidiary of the gun lobby and the National Rifle Association."

Newsome is a clown. He knows that the jig is up.

If the 9th Circus reverses, it will go to the SCOTUS. Guess what happens then?

If the 9th affirms, it becomes law in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Guam and the Marianas.

It's a lose-lose for Newsome & Co. no matter what happens.
