Authorities in Seattle successfully initiated a ‘red flag’ gun law and seized a cache of guns from the alleged leader of a neo-Nazi group. Kaleb James Cole, 24, has not been charged with a crime, but authorities were able to use a state law that allows the government to respond to petitions and seize the guns of people deemed a risk to themselves or others.

The Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, declares,"[N]or shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or " Property", without due process of law"

If what they charge is true, I've no sympathy for this guy...

...BUT -

I'm outraged that the Bill of Rights has been completely discarded. THERE HAS BEEN NO PROBABLE CAUSE OF A CRIME HAVING BEEN COMMITTED.

His 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th and 14th Amendment rights have been nuked.

And that ain't good.
