The Second Amendment applies to everyone in the country. Individual states’ gun laws do not. Of all the laws Congress could consider in the wake of the nationwide rash of mass shootings, including the Las Vegas massacre, the House of Representatives pushed through a bill that would allow people from other states to carry concealed weapons across state lines. |

Convenient whining.
It does not.
Article IV Section 1 of the Constitution delegates the power for the United States gov't to mandate Full Faith and Credit. Since it does, this bill is in EXACT compliance with the 10th Amendment.
The argument of 'states' rights' falls on its face. |

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom of Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any bands of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States. — Noah Webster in "An Examination into the Leading Principles of the Federal Constitution," 1787, in Paul Ford, ed., Pamphlets on the Constitution of the United States, at p. 56 (New York, 1888). |
