Our rights are protected by the Constitution and they can’t be bargained away or negotiated. Internal spying and surveillance is one of the signs of the beginning of the end for Freedom. Proposals for increased powers so they can engage in repressive actions against views or certain behaviors could be a sure warning sign on the road to tyranny. Buckle up..... |

What you post goes out there forever. Anyone can read what is posted on this site anytime. If you don't want it blasted out there to three hundred million readers, some of whom are LEOs, don't put it on the 'net. |

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
Are we at last brought to such humiliating and debasing degradation, that we cannot be trusted with arms for our defense? Where is the difference between having our arms in possession and under our direction, and having them under the management of Congress? If our defense be the real object of having those arms, in whose hands can they be trusted with more propriety, or equal safety to us, as in our own hands? — Patrick Henry, 3 J. Elliot, Debates in the Several State Conventions 45, 2d ed. Philadelphia, 1836 |
