A new initiative to get guns off the street is in full swing. Starting this week, anyone who turns in a gun will receive a $150 gift card to Crossgates Mall.
Pastor Charlie Muller of the Victory Christian Church, who heads the program, says it's a great incentive for people to help save their community.
"Where it works or out or not, we're gonna know in like three weeks. But we are not gonna make a difference, we're not going to see a difference unless we do something. We can sit here and let kids die or we can get up and do something and make a difference," Muller said |
