It’s time to ban assault weapons. The AR-15 is a killing machine, period. It is not a weapon for use by homeowners for safety or hunting. The Second Amendment reads: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Webster’s defines “militia” as citizens enrolled and drilled as soldiers. |

The AR-15 is not an 'assault rifle'! It is a semi-automatic rifle with a similar action to many other semi-automatic rifles. The main difference is that the AR-15 is black. Since you are demanding that the black AR-15 be banned, you must be a RACIST!
Since you quoted Webster, let's see how Webster defines "infringed": "to encroach upon in a way that violates law or the rights of another".
So, the government is precluded from interfering with my right to bear arms (including fully automatic weapons)! |

The "Uniform militia act," passed in the early 1790s, defined the militia as all able bodied men 18 to 45 years old, dividing them only into the organized militia, and unorganized militia --- the last comprising everyone not called up to actual service or tdaining. Aside from that fact, the grammar of the WA states "the right OF THE PEOPLE to keep and bear arms ..." thus affirming the fact the right belongs to the people, NOT to any specific, organized, body. |

WA: Time to move to a freedom state - gellerreport.com/2018/03/public-school-fascism-gun.html/ Ohio Student Suspended for Refusing to Leave Classroom During Gun Control Walkout March 16, 2018 A high school student in Hilliard, Ohio, didn’t want to pick sides in the contentious gun debate surrounding Wednesday’s “National Walkout,” so he stayed in class instead of joining the largely anti-gun protest or an alternative “study hall.”
HD High School senior Jacob Shoemaker was then reportedly slapped with a suspension.
The student argued that divisive politics have no place in America’s schools and he refused to take sides in the debate, according to the AP. - https://cdn1.ijr.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/FakeHilliardLetter-1024x576.jpg |

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
Those, who have the command of the arms in a country are masters of the state, and have it in their power to make what revolutions they please. [Thus,] there is no end to observations on the difference between the measures likely to be pursued by a minister backed by a standing army, and those of a court awed by the fear of an armed people. — Aristotle, as quoted by John Trenchard and Water Moyle, An Argument Shewing, That a Standing Army Is Inconsistent with a Free Government, and Absolutely Destructive to the Constitution of the English Monarchy [London, 1697]. |
