Like it or not, it is their RESPONSIBILITY to know it. Due diligence and the consequences for lack of it is an immutable part of life, and they are adults.
While I don't agree that a medical MJ certificate should remove one's rights under any circumstances, people must deal with reality, and "I didn't know that." doesn't cut it. It is your JOB as an adult living in a free society to know it and make informed choices accordingly. |
