Most people under 21 won't be able to buy guns in California starting next year under a law Gov. Jerry Brown announced signing Friday. It will prevent people under 21 from buying rifles and other types of guns. State law already bans people under 21 from buying handguns. The new law exempts law enforcement, members of the military and people with hunting licenses from the restriction. It was one of dozens of bills Brown took action on. |

For those that continually seek to undermine our Constitutional form of government.
TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242
Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
...If a man lies under oath or procures the lie of another under oath, if he perjures himself or suborns perjury, he is guilty under the statute law. Under the higher law, under the great law of morality and righteousness, he is precisely as guilty if, instead of lying in a court, he lies in a newspaper or on the stump; and in all probability, the evil effects of his conduct are infinitely more widespread and more pernicious. — Teddy Roosevelt - May 12, 1900 |
