Dashcam video shows two La Crosse, Wisconsin, police officers shoot and kill an armed carjacker following a high speed chase. La Crosse County District Attorney Tim Gruenke cleared both officers involved in the shooting. According to Police One officers Stephen Hughes and Andrew Adey shot 54-year-old Roger Burzinski after he refused to pull over, led them on a high speed chase through a construction zone, then pointed a gun at officer Hughes. |

A case of either, 1) Suicide by cop, or, 2) Terminal stupidity! |

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
The right of a citizen to bear arms, in lawful defense of himself or the State, is absolute. He does not derive it from the State government. It is one of the high powers" delegated directly to the citizen, and `is excepted out of the general powers of government.' A law cannot be passed to infringe upon or impair it, because it is above the law, and independent of the lawmaking power." [Cockrum v. State, 24 Tex. 394, at 401-402 (1859)] |
