We're told that at some point, the man pulled out a weapon and the homeowner ran back inside. Police say the man then broke into the house, and the homeowner then opened fire on him, shooting him several times.
Police say right now everyone is being very cooperative, including the victim's common-law spouse who was inside the house at the time.
No one has been arrested, and investigators say it appears to be a case of self-defense. |

And, just WHO did they mean by "victim"? The guy who was attacked inside his home, or the dead dirtball?
(Rhetorical - we all know the answer.) |

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American... The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state government, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people. — Tench Coxe, Pennsylvania Gazette, Feb. 20, 1788. |
